Not long after being recognized as a technology leader in the Digital Twin of an Organization space by Quadrant, Cosmo Tech, a global software vendor of Pre-packaged Simulation Twin Solutions for industry to simulate and optimize operational efficiency, has been included again as a Representative Vendor in Gartner’s 2021 Market Guide for Technologies Supporting a Digital Twin of an Organization.1
According to Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory company, “a Market Guide defines a market and explains what clients can expect it to do in the short term. With the focus on early, more chaotic markets, a Market Guide does not rate or position vendors within the market, but rather more commonly outlines attributes of representative vendors that are providing offerings in the market to give further insight into the market itself.”2
Cosmo Tech was highlighted as “a reference company in the modeling and simulation of complex systems” and its capacity to “allow the simulation of unlimited what-if scenarios (prediction) and automatically propose the optimal how-to scenarios (prescription)”. Notably, the Market Guide explained that Cosmo Tech can model the dynamic behavior of an industrial system over time meaning that “emerging behaviors can be detected and results can be predicted even under conditions that have never occurred before”.

They noted the power of Prescriptive Simulation Twins to enable companies “to visualize each layer of their operations and their interdependencies, and project them into a short or long-term future to prescribe the best operational or strategic optimization”.
